The PRC Holding Group was responsible for the entire organisation of the campaign, i.e. branding, naming, media relations, securing a cooperation partner and even purchasing and transport.
The 3mama with Medics initiative is a response to the University Clinical Centre’s call for support for staff and patients. During a coronavirus outbreak, hospitals are under particular pressure. It turns out that basic food and hygiene products are sometimes needed. – Thanks to the products we received from 3 Ponds, we were able to support the medical staff and our stranded patients who are in the wards of the Hospital. These are very often patients in a difficult life situation, for whom no one from the outside will bring, for example, hygiene products, and now we can provide for them. The products have found their way to wards including paediatric ophthalmology, intensive care, neurology, neurological rehabilitation and the Emergency Room. We are just learning to function in a new reality, and campaigns such as ‘3 Mums with Medics’ are very positively received by the staff and patients and make our everyday life easier,’ says Joanna Chłądzyńska, UCK press officer.
We stand with medics
In agreement with the UCK, it was decided that, instead of purchasing medical equipment for the hospitals, other items that are also necessary would be supplied. These include hand creams, soaps, shampoos, tissues, toothpaste, razors, but also coffee, tea, skyr, juices and jams. In May and June, 4 shipments of these products, among others, were delivered to the hospitals at 14 Medyków Street and 35 Ceglana Street. The list of products was agreed with the UCK on an ongoing basis and adapted to the needs of staff and patients.
CSR in times of pandemic
– When you organise such events you feel that your work is meaningful. 3mamy with the medics is an extraordinary experience for us. I would like to thank our client – the entire team from Multi Poland, the manager of 3 Stawy Shopping Centre. From the beginning we understood each other at the level of the idea, the creation, the branding. 3 Stawy Shopping Centre has been involved in activities for the local community for years, so the need to support the health service during the coronavirus outbreak was natural here. Our role was to prepare an action that would fit in with the local area and respond to the real needs of hospitals,’ says Michał Raszka, board member at PRC Holding Group.
CH 3Stawy helps
And Roksana Mielczarek, responsible at PRC Holding Group for this venture, adds: – ‘The organisation of the 3mama campaign with the medics involved almost our entire team. And whether it was working on the naming, creation, communication with the media and social media, or shopping and taking them to the hospital – we all wanted to be part of this project. But for us, the most important thing was the smiles of the staff and patients of the hospital who received the needed items.
